Only eighty kilometres north of London, Cambridge is a university town in East Anglia, England. The area has a rich history dating back before the Roman Era, but today it remains an active urban centre with multiple sports and performance arts events occurring any season and night of the week. A charming, historic building on Lensfield Road near Fitzwilliam Museum, this hotel has small rooms but the helpful staff is friendly, and the building spotless. Madingly Hall
A little out of town with beautiful well-maintained landscaped gardens and grounds, rooms are small but clean and quiet, and they have comfortable beds. A good breakfast is eaten around a large, friendly table.
Worth House
On Chesterton Road, this home-style inn has wonderful hosts, spacious and relaxing rooms, and an easy walk into the heart of town. The facilities are spotless, but some bathrooms only have showers. The generous English breakfast is delicious.
